In order to assist candidates in the preparation of training materials for the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) for prospective European patent attorneys or for the European Patent Administration Certification (EPAC) for patent administrators, the International Bureau, with the agreement of the Examination Board for the EQE and the EPAC Board, has made available a special edition of the PCT Applicant's Guide containing individual annexes and the introductions to the International Phase and the National Phase as a new web-application, as of 31 October 2023.

Afin d’assister les candidats dans la préparation de leur documentation de formation pour l’examen européen de qualification (EEQ) destiné aux futurs mandataires en brevets européens ou pour le certificat européen d'administration des brevets (CEAB) destiné aux administrateurs de brevets, le Bureau international, avec l’accord du jury d’examen de l'EEQ et du CEAB, a mis à disposition ci-dessous une édition spéciale du Guide du déposant du PCT contenant les annexes et les introductions à la phase internationale et à la phase nationale dans une nouvelle application web, au 31 octobre 2023.
