If not already complied with within the time limit applicable under PCT Article 22 or 39(1), the Office will invite the applicant to comply with the requirement within a time limit of six months.
Proof of assignment or transfer of rights where the applicant is not the inventor
PCT 第 22 条又は第 39 条(1)に基づく期間内に要件が満たされない場合、管轄官庁は通知を受領した日から 2 か月以内に当該要件を満たすよう出願人に求める。
対応する申立てが PCT 規則 4.17 に基づき行われていれば、この要件を満たすことができる
